Life-Organization & Planning Coach

Don't do things— do your calendar.

Competing priorities, a full head, and not enough hours, all turned into a plan that actually fits the person living it.

Organize your time. Make room for what matters.

The difference

A technically efficient schedule is not always a humanly possible one.

Most planning advice organizes the work. It sorts tasks, stacks them into open slots, and hands the calendar back to you full. Then real life shows up, and the plan falls apart: the focus that runs out at two o'clock, the twenty minutes between buildings, the day after a bad night's sleep. Not because you lacked discipline, but because nobody planned for you.

I plan for the person doing the work. That means building your calendar around your actual energy and attention, the transitions between things, and the room you need to be a person, not just a to-do list with a pulse. It's practical, candid, and grounded in how brains and bodies really work.

Who I help

Different lives, same problem: the plan doesn't fit the person.

Coaching is one-to-one and built around your situation. Most of the people I work with fall into one of these three groups.

Professionals & business owners

You're responsible for the outcome, the follow-up, and everyone else's deadlines. We build a week that protects deep work, absorbs the interruptions you know are coming, and stops the evening from quietly becoming overflow storage for the day.

Deep work · Meeting load · Boundaries that hold

College & university students

Nobody teaches you how to plan a semester. They just hand you four syllabi and a job. We map the term backwards from the deadlines, build study blocks you'll actually keep, and make sure sleep, food, and a social life are on the calendar too.

Semester mapping · Study blocks · Exam season

People carrying complex lives

Parents, caregivers, and people living with ADHD or chronic illness are welcome here. Planning is ADHD-informed and energy-aware: we work with variable capacity, hard days, and the reality that some weeks look nothing like the last one.

Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical care. It's practical planning support.

Coaching services

Start with one session, or build the habit over a month.

  • Planning Foundations Session

The full set-up. We look at everything you're carrying, sort what's real from what's noise, and build a planning system around how you actually work, so you leave with a calendar, not a wish list.

    $120 2 hours
  • Calendar Session

A focused working hour on the week or month in front of you. Bring the mess: deadlines, appointments, the thing you keep moving. We'll turn it into a plan that fits.

    $60 1 hour
  • Monthly Coaching

Four weekly sessions. Enough time to build the system, run it through a real month, and adjust it when life doesn't cooperate, which it won't, and that's the point.

    $350 4 weekly sessions

Technology with a human touch

AI can help build a schedule. Human insight makes it personal.

I use technology where it saves us time, and human judgement where it matters. A tool can find an open slot. It can't tell that the slot lands right after your hardest meeting of the week.

How the method works

Let's find out what's actually in your way.

Fifteen minutes, no cost, no pitch. Tell me what you're trying to organize and I'll tell you honestly whether coaching is the right fit, and where I'd start if it is.
