Organize your time. Make room for what matters.
The difference
A technically efficient schedule is not always a
humanly possible one.
Most planning advice organizes the work. It sorts tasks, stacks them into
open slots, and hands the calendar back to you full. Then real life shows up, and the plan falls apart: the focus that runs out at two o'clock, the twenty minutes between buildings, the day after a bad night's sleep.
Not because you lacked discipline, but because nobody planned for you.
I plan for the person doing the work. That means building your calendar
around your actual energy and attention, the transitions between things,
and the room you need to be a person, not just a to-do list with a pulse. It's practical, candid, and grounded in how brains and bodies
really work.
Different lives, same problem: the plan doesn't fit the person.
Coaching is one-to-one and built around your situation. Most of the people
I work with fall into one of these three groups.
Professionals & business owners
You're responsible for the outcome, the follow-up, and everyone else's
deadlines. I help you build a week that protects deep work, absorbs the
interruptions you know are coming, and stops the evening from quietly
becoming overflow storage for the day.
Deep work · Meeting load · Boundaries that hold
College & university students
Nobody teaches you how to plan a semester. They just hand you four
syllabi and a job. I map the term backwards from the deadlines and
build study blocks around how you actually like to study, using how
long the work genuinely takes you rather than how long it's supposed
to. Sleep, food, and a social life go on the calendar too.
How you study · Honest task times · Exam season
People carrying complex lives
Parents, caregivers, and people living with ADHD or chronic illness are
welcome here. Planning is ADHD-informed and energy-aware: I plan around
variable capacity, hard days, and the reality that some weeks look
nothing like the last one.
Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical care. It's practical planning support.
Coaching services
Start with one session, or build the habit over a month.
Tools help build a schedule. Human insight makes it livable.
I use calendars, planning apps, templates, reminders, AI, and other tools
wherever they make the process easier. But an open time slot doesn't tell us
what your energy, attention, health, responsibilities, or capacity will look
like. Together, we use the tools while building the plan around the person
who actually has to live it.
A free discovery call, no cost and no pitch. Tell me what you're trying to organize and I'll tell you honestly whether coaching is the right fit, and where I'd start if it is.
